Raspberry Mojito

One of my favorite summer drinks is a mojito. Whether I'm sipping on a classic lime and mint, or adding some extra flavor with whatever fruit I have on hand this drink recipe is great to have on hand for any surprise visits you may get from friends and neighbors over the summer months. What's even better is that you can easily enjoy this drink with or without alcohol, making it a great drink option for minors, or anyone wanting to avoid alcohol. Get ready to wow everyone with your hosting skills, while you sip on this fresh, fruity summer cocktail!


  • 1 handful of raspberries (about 5)
  • 1/2 of a lime, cut into wedges
  • 5-7 mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz white rum
  • soda water
  • ice


In a sturdy glass add you raspberries, lime wedges, mint leaves and simple syrup. Using a wooden muddler, or the back of a spoon, muddle your ingredients, extracting juices from the limes, mint leaves and raspberries.

Once muddled, add ice and rum, then top off the glass with soda water. Add a reusable or paper straw to stir your drink and add fresh raspberries and mint leaves to garnish. Serve and enjoy!
